Hendersonville fire crews responded to reports of a fire on a boat at around 2:40 p.m. at the Anchor High Marina. They discovered two victims suffering from third degree burns.
The Hendersonville Fire Chief tells FOX 17 News the victims were trying to clean a generator when the fire broke out. He believes the blaze was an accident.
According to Hendersonville Fire, one victim had 25% of their body burned and the other had 15% of their body burned. Both were taken to Vanderbilt Burn Center for treatment.
