WPRI-TV reports a man, woman and juvenile were on board when the boat caught fire in Pawtuxet Cove Sunday.
The three jumped into the water after their boat was engulfed and were brought to shore by another vessel. Fire officials say they did not have any injuries.
The Warwick Fire Department was able to put out the boat fire. Both the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management and the environmental police remained at the scene Sunday evening to tow the boat out of the cove.
