Rescue crews responded to two boat fires in the Caloosahatchee River near the Edison Bridge on Tuesday morning.
A derelict boat and another boat nearby both caught fire, according to the Fort Myers Police Department.
No one was injured in the blaze. The marine unit has two people with them, FMPD reported.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is investigating the fire. The cause has not been identified yet.
The fire departments from Cape Coral and Fort Myers also assisted with the fire.
