A woman was taken to the hospital after a boat erupted into flames on Norris Lake, said the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency.
The woman is expected to survive.
According to TWRA, she saw black smoke when she started the boat's engine near Lakeside Campground, then the boat caught on fire around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.
The woman was the only person inside the boat when it caught fire.
TWRA said they are investigating.
